Recap of what's included
I created this program because, during my own pregnancies, I felt there was a huge gap between the support that can be obtained from the NHS or the public health system (unfortunately) and the way prenatal health should be done, especially from a prevention point of view of e.g. iron deficiency, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes and even baby's tongue tie issues etc.
Not to mention the lack of clear guidance and information shared about how to really nourish yourself and baby, which is more likely to bring the best outcomes and best birth experience possible.
Here's what will happen when we work together
→ As a starting point, I'll get to know you properly and we'll have a 1.5 hour first consultation to look in details at your medical history, your goals and your health so far.
→ You're also going to have further 5 hours of 1:1 consultation time with me throughout the most important milestones of your pregnancy and start of the postpartum period.
Some suggested pregnancy milestones/consultation timelines are below:
Pregnancy Week 8-12 (First Trimester depending on start date)
Pregnancy Week 17-18
Pregnancy Week 26-28
Pregnancy Week 32:34
Pregnancy Week 36-38
Post Birth catch up (30 mins typically)
Postnatal Week 6 or week 12 catch up (depending on time left)
The follow up pregnancy milestone consultations would typically last 45 mins each.
→ You'll save time and won't feel like googling anymore as you'll have my support in between consultations and as we prepare to work together. You can reach out for clarifications by email/messages and feel accountable. You can also request up to 1 x 30 mins check in calls, while we work together, meaning we can have frequent touch points.
→ If needed, I can write referral letters to your doctor or GP, midwife or other consultant, that are more likely to be acted upon.
→ I'll provide lots of inspirations, meal ideas and recipes (as 2 weekly meal plans) and practical tips to make life easier and to support you with integrating your new habits seamlessly.
→ I highly recommend add-on comprehensive blood testing (not included in payment below) but typically in the region of £100-150 per panel - when complete blood testing can't be covered by your doctor or for quicker turnaround of results.
→ Last but not least, you'll receive personalised nutrition and supplement protocols after your consultations.
This program can be extended up to 12 months.
Please note: custom pregnancy programs can be arranged based on circumstances and agreed separately. These typically apply to existing clients and include 6 months support during pregnancy, including 3 x 1h consultations.

"[...] I experienced so many unforeseen challenges in my pregnancy and I’m sure my focus on good nutrition under the guidance of Milena helped me maintain a healthy pregnancy. She adapted to the situation I found myself in and tailored the plan accordingly. I really appreciated this flexible approach.
Aside from amazing knowledge and nutritional advice, Milena has a warm, friendly and supportive approach. I’ve valued her advice and support so much over the 9 months we’ve worked together and I look forward to keeping in touch for my post natal needs"

Complex pregnancy post surgery
" I got pregnant after an IVF treatment and, having cases of diabetes in my family, I was concerned about gestational diabetes and excessive weight gain during pregnancy. I therefore started to explore options for nutritional support by a specialist. [...] Over the three consultations (one per trimester), Milena supported me with useful nutritional guidance and advice based on my medical records. She also advised on supplements to add to my diet, as well as tips to prevent and/or control issues with my skin during pregnancy or how to have an easy delivery during labour, etc. I never felt her programme was standardised, it was clearly tailored on my needs and personal circumstances, which was fantastic.
One thing to add is that alongside the consultations, Milena was always available for extra support or to clarify any doubts."

Prevention of gestational diabetes
"Hi Milena good news from my scan. Baby is now on the 20th percentile (he was on the 10th last time), yay! And last time my placenta was low but they said it's high this time. They are happy with how things are progressing. I'm really pleased and put it all down to your wonderful help and support it has been really reassuring knowing that I'm doing as much as I can to help him grow big and strong."
